How can I delete apps in family sharing

Hi I am stuck on how to delete my apps while I’m in family sharing mode but it does not seem to work when I ask the organizer to try and give me access what should I do?

iPhone 8, iOS 13

If there are Screen Time restrictions, see if the organizer will temporarily turn off the restrictions so you can delete the apps.
