Hello, I’ve requested Apple repair through the mail and I’ve got the box delivered today. What I’m worried about is Apple wants me to ship my device to PEGATRON Czech Republic. I find it quite dodgy.. I really don’t like the idea my iPhone going all that way long when there’s more than 10 Apple repair centres in 20 mi radius around me. Does anyone have similar experience? What shall I do ? I’ve bought the device in the UK.

It is and I purchased it in the UK and it’s still being sent abroad. But it’s normal I’ve already talked to Apple support.

If it is warranty repair then it must be done in the country of purchase.
