Clicking on the link "Get macOS High Sierra" takes you to version 13.6, which clearly states during the initiation of the update, the iMac needs to have High Sierra 13.0 already installed. Where is that download? Every previous responder to this question is telling people to use the "Get macOS High Sierra" link. This is NOT solving the problem. Where is the download for 13.0??????

To add some clarification . . . There is a difference between an upgrade and an update. An up grade installs the next higher version of the operating system, while an update only installs modifications and fixes to an existing OS. I hope this is helpful.
