My iPad has only 16GB of storage. How do I free up storage of my music? I subscribe to Apple Music and iCloud storage. Is there a way to access my music library from my ipad without using my iPad storage?

You can use iCloud Music library to stream your music. It will use some space while streaming, but should be released after you are done playing back the song.
