Someone recently tried to login with my apple id and after multiple failed attempts, my account got locked. Is there anyway i can find details of what IP address or what physical location was used to this thing? Or any Information related to this? My account is secured by the way i just want details of that incident.

You would have to contact Apple Support for that. And they still may be limited in what they can tell you.

I'm glad that your account it safe. But it's always a good idea to make sure your security questions, recovery email, trusted phone numbers and 2FA are all up to date.
