Set up voicemail. The first time you tap Voicemail, you're asked to create a voicemail password and record your voicemail greeting.

setting up voicemail... my screen is frozen ... tap phone, tap voice mail lower corner. Screen says No voicemail...upper left corner says Greeting in blue ...tap greeting , have choice of Default or Custom...Default is checked but SAVE is not. So I can’t go;forward. I didn’t start this process, it was in place & I could get messages. Only recent issue... can I delete & reinstall.
I would suggest getting in touch with your carrier since they manage the voice mail account. See if they can reset everything.
