Only some of the photos from my library are syncing to ICloud. It appears that the photos that do sync are those that I have taken with my current iPhone (a 7 plus) and not the photos I took with my previous iPhone (can't remember the type).
I have tried turning off and on "Icloud Photos" but this does not seem to work.
