I both a new Iphone 11 pro at the end of last year but I don't seem to have a free 12 month trial being offered to me. How do I get the free trial?

The 1 year free offer for Apple TV+ is only valid for 3 months after you purchase a new device. If you have failed to redeemed it in that time, you are no longer eligible for it.
