Battery Performance

What is the best way for charging iPhone to keep battery good??

Many people say 100% charger is not got for battery.... Is it right?? Also if I charged 100% & connected to power then I'd it harmful or not.

Charge it as often and for as long as you like. It can't be overcharged.
