how to reset passcode, phone has been disabled?

i forgot my passcode and now fone is disabled and says i should connect to itunes. i did, what do i do next

Specific gestures are requested when you connect it to iTunes, as per this support guide:--> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled
