ICloud says I have 220GB in Documents--cannot access them

I am trying to retrieve everything from iCloud. I want to downgrade my storage. I've removed many files, but iCloud still says I have 220GB of 'Documents' in iCloud. I believe them to be my music collection, but I cannot access them on either of my MacBooks. One runs Sierra and the other runs Catalina.

I really don't want to just delete a device to clear this issue, and I'm not sure that would work anyway.

Any ideas? Thank you!
