16" Macbook Pro (2020) screen issues

I recently purchased a 16" Macbook Pro (2020) and I have betting screen issues, especially in web browsers.


See attached photos below. Please help!

If you're curious, capture a screenshot (Command-Shift-3), view on another device (iPhone, etc.), and if the image is clean then the issue is with the display itself, while if the screenshot is affected the issue is with the graphics card/processing chain.


Looks like the artifact respects the browser window boundaries, suggesting it's not display hardware. Does this occur only in Chrome?
