can I down grade to the 32 bit os

I updated to the new 64 bit OS and the only program I use the computer to run is not compatible , can I down grade to the old 32 bit?

MacBook Air 11″, macOS 10.15

But I would either upgrade the 32 app to 63 bit or replace the app with a 64 bit app.
