iOS 14beta
how do I remove iOS 14beta and get iOS 13 back if I didn't back it up before

If you can gain access to iTunes on Mac or PC, remove the iOS 14 profile then put the phone into recovery mode and choose recover and update.
it should put you back to latest version of iOS 13 if you don’t have a backup in iCloud though unfortunately I believe you will loose your data.
