I can't find voice memo app on my macbook

I have voice memo on my iphone 7 and I used to have a macbook pro 2016 with the same app. Recently I bought a new macbook pro 2018 and I can't find voice memo app or find a way to download it. How do I download it?

Click on the Launchpad icon in your Dock and see if it is there:
