Did you use iCloud Drive to store the presentation on your iPad?

Yes. Access iCloud Drive files from your iPhone and other devices - Apple Support
No. There is no way to access the presentation using Apple’s methods. If you stored the presentation using someone else’s cloud method (e.g., Google), then their methods would work.
