Transferred Data from old iphone 8 to new iphone 11

I transferred all of my data over successfully, however my old phone is still the one receiving texts, phone calls and emails. How do I fix this?!

IF you're not planning on using the phone anymore then do this What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
