Problem connecting iPad mini (4) to internet

WIFI works on my iPhone and MacBook. Although it says the IPad is connected to WIFI there are no bars indicating it and I am not able to connect to the internet. I think it started after the last update. I've reset everything. Any ideas?

Hello,

Try resetting iPad's network settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
