I have an iPad Pro first generation and it is not charging. I have clean my ports and tried on more than one charger.

I have a first generation iPad Pro and it is not charging. I have cleaned the port and tried it with other chargers and it still is not charging.

If the charger is plugged into a wall outlet you know works, and can power other things, and the iPad shows no signs of life, black screen, then its possible the battery is now dead.

If the iPad is turned on and you plug it in the only sign that it is charging is a short ding sound and the battery icon turning green with a lightning bolt on it.
