My pages is not working

You can also try Settings > Pages > Document Storage and switch between iCloud and local storage.

If you still have issues, these questions may help us:

Are you using the Pages app, or accessing through the Safari browser?

Are you opening a file or template?

Are the files locally saved on the device, or saved in iCloud?

Can you open the files on another device through iCloud.com?

Can you download files from iCloud.com?

Do you have the same issues with Numbers or Keynote files or templates?
