Purchase a new mobile phone

I live in Egypt but I would like to buy a new IPhone from UK and delivered to my address in Egypt.
Is it possible to do so?
Can I buy a mobile from Apple and pay on installments basis?
Apple does not do international shipping. If you want a phone from the UK, you will either need to go there or have someone there purchase the phone. If you do plan to get a phone from the UK, you will need an unlocked phone from Apple and you will have no warranty coverage in Egypt.
