I am trying to use audio sharing from my Apple TV 4K to Airpod 2nd generation and Airpod Pro with no success. I can make it happen from my iphone X but not the Apple TV 4K. Any suggestions?

That is a feature of iOS 13.1, not a feature of tvOS 13.x.
