Can I share my storage with my wife's Apple ID?

I would buy more storage on iCloud if I could share it with my wife, but she has a different Apple ID. Is this possible?

Yes, sharing storage with another Apple ID is possible, if you setup and use Family Sharing. Please refer to these two Support Articles:
