My MacBook Air's Battery has gone bonkers!

I have a MacBook Air 13' Late 2013, it has been working fine, but recently I've been facing this problem that my battery drops down to 7 from anywhere between 60-40%. Something else that is weird is that while charging the notebook with my Megsafe 2-45W charger, the system reports that it'll take more than 10 hours to charge. But suddenly within an hour the recharge jumps from 40-50% to 100%.

I don't know what the issue is, I ran apple diagnostics, both offline and over the internet. It told me a few things, including that my battery needed Services.

The reference codes where,

PPP004

PPP002

PPT004

I don't think this a logic board issue, but I'm really at a loss!

First step is likely a new battery. Apple will replace it for $129.
