macbook pro overheating

Horrible answer, Apple Support! That makes no sense. These MacBook Pros get super hot and crash. Keeping in in acceptable operating temperatures? I use mine indoors in 70 degree environment. And it gets TOO HOT to comfortable use. And it crashes constantly.
