How do you upgrade from high sierra to mojave?

I am trying to upgrade from OS version 10.13.6 high Sierra to OS version 10.14.6. How do you do this?

Here is a link to a support document from Apple in regards to how to upgrade to macOS Mojave.

PLEASE MAKE A BACKUP BEFORE YOU INSTALL IT IN CASE SOMETHING GOES WRONG!!!
