Fraudulent Use of my Phone Number

For month's now I've been receiving text messages and phone calls from various sites trying to sell me male enhancement pills, or trying to get me to buy porn. They address these text messages to someone named Iran Ethridge; I understand this isn't an Apple problem, but I feel that Apple could help me by better sorting my text messages into known and unknown senders. Because these messages have a name in them, Apple assumes it isn't an unknown number, despite the fact my name isn't Iran and these numbers are not saved in my phone. I'd like a way to filter these messages and mark them as spam before they ever come up on my phone. So far, I've been blocking each individual number that comes through, but they are never ending. For the record, I don't use any websites that would send me any spam like this. Is there a way to mark any incoming messages that include "Iran" as spam?
