please help me find my receipt so that i may get my new laptop repaired— the keys are not completely pressing down. when ordering a laptop online, where does Apple send the receipt of purchase?

If you bought directly from Apple, you should have been sent an email confirmation.
Unless it's changed recently, you should be able to find Your receipt from Apple (Insert Store Name here example London Covent Garden) and it should come up with your receipt.
If you are seeking support from Apple and your device is registered to your Apple ID, Apple won't normally need a receipt as they can recognise it is a genuine purchase thorough the serial number.
It is sent to the email address you used when making the purchase.
