Give iCloud photos access to adult daughter

My daughter wants to use photos to make a project for her Dad's birthday. What is the best way to give her access to my photos in iCloud? She has an iPhone and PC. Thanks!

I guess if you're comfortable with it, you can login to iCloud.com on a computer and let have access to the photos there.

Would she need access to all of the photos or just some? If it's some, my guess would be you can share those with her - How to share albums in Photos on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac - Apple Support.

She wants to go through them picking out what she wants to use, transferring to where she edits.
