kernel_task is using a large percentage high

I am using iMac 21.5 late 2013,So when I use Mac it got very slow due kernel task CPU percentage very High

CPU LOAD SYSTEM 65%

Please Help Me solve This issue

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.12

Thanks for posting your concern regarding your Mac in the Apple Support Communities.

Apple Article - HT207359 specifically references high usage output for the kernel_task. I recommend that you perform a troubleshooting step of Resetting the SMC in order to attempt to resolve your issue.

Thanks for apprising the thread of this development.

I recommend that you upgrade your iMac to macOS Catalina 10.15.6 using the App Store.

How to Upgrade to macOS Catalina

Once your iMac is updated then you can resume troubleshooting if the issue persists.

Not love yet I reseted SMC but not work properly
