After pressing the button to redone load apps my iPhone refuses, it says unable to install app try again later... it’s been doing this for about a month now, I don’t have iTunes or anything. What do I do?

Is it because your using data connection, which is unreliable.
It's recommended when downloading apps or doing updates to use wifi
