Hi I want to know why Apple take out money out of my account twice every month $2.99 comes out of my account why then turn around the next day and take out $6.39 what in the world is that for did not purchase anything else

My question is why after taking out the $2.99 that’s comes out of my account on July 27th 2020 turn around on the 28 of July 2020 and take out $6.39 what is that for did not purchase anything.

Someone, somewhere, downloaded an app on your account that has a subscription fee. That very well could have been you. Many, many titles on the App Store are touted as free, and are anything but. Yes, you can acquire the app without paying anything initially, but it also initiates a subscription just by opening the app the first time.


Open Settings on your iPad or iPhone and check to see if there are any subscriptions listed. Cancel any you don't recognize.
