i phone watch 3 series update issues

I recently did a update to my apple series 3 watch and a few days later the screen started to flash. The next day the watch would not power on. And still wont power on after putting on charger either.

series 4 will not power up After last update, my watch shut down and now when charging it blinks apple logo. erased all info on Iphone and still not able to power up. 2nd apple watch ive owned that stopped working within 1.5 years.
