Thanks for reaching out for assistance in getting your mail account deleted from your MacBook. In order to delete it from your MacBook I recommend that you follow the steps in the guide to remove your e-mail account: Add or remove email accounts in Mail on Mac - Apple Support

I keep getting a message that it cant find the server. I thought I would uninstall and reinstall, but now I'm worried that uninstalling it from my Macbook will causes it to disappear from my iphone. It works on my phone and doesnt work on the laptop
