how to get icloud photos in file explorer on pc

I have already downloaded icloud on my pc but it dosent apperar on my file explorer. What can i do so that it would appear there?

may help:

Click iCloud Photos in the Navigation pane. If you don’t see iCloud Photos, click Pictures in the Navigation pane, then double-click iCloud Photos.
