Contacts on iCloud differ from those on my iphone

How can I get both iCloud and iPhone to have the same contact information? On my iPhone SE, on iCloud settings, contacts are turned on...

SOLVED.

On my new iphone, on settings, accounts, Gmail had contacts turned on.

I also had contacts syncing with iCloud. That is why my contacts on the phone were different from those on iCloud, as they were drawing from two different sources.

I turned off the contacts from gmail on the phone, and now contacts on iCloud and iPhone are the same.
