My iCloud

Hi, iCloud is asking me to verify my phone number, but l don’t use it anymore, and which has me a verification code, can I somehow get back to my old iCloud?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 13

If you cannot login to https://appleid.apple.com and change the trusted number there, you may have to consider having your account recovered - Recover your Apple ID when you can’t reset your password - Apple Support.
