my home /Touch ID button is not working I have tried all the advice I got on line so far nothing seems to fix the issue

Since you have stated that you have tried everything and nothing has worked then it is time to get your iPhone examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center. If they are not open then please contact ➔ Apple Support
