How-to edit iPhone Share Menu Icons iOS 13.5.1
(iPhone 8 plus 13.5.1) How does one re-arrange or, re-order the icons displayed after you select the share key. AND, Will the re-order made on the iPhone appear across all devices?

You cannot reorder the ones at the top, the mail, airdrop, message, etc. however, if you swipe to the bottom of the window and tap the word Edit, you can add or delete actions from the selected sections and then reorder them by dragging the three horizontal lines to the right of the action.
This will not sync across devices. You would have to make the changes on each device.
