I can’t turn on 3D Touch

I’m using an iPhone 6s and there isn’t an option to turn on 3D Touch

3D Touch was removed on all iPhones starting with the iPhone XR in 2018.

It is not functional anymore on older iPhones starting with iOS 13 and has been replaced by Haptic Touch.
