I want to buy icloud storage but I don't have a credit card ,i have a debit card. Is there another method of payment without a credit card?

iCloud Storage uses the same payment method you have set for iTunes & App Stores on your Apple ID.
Debit cards are accepted in certain countries and regions as payment methods for the iTunes & App stores and by extension for iCloud storage.
