Hmmm, not a lot to go on here...but for starters you can request a refund for apps or content that bought from Apple here. IF you are talking about other types of purchases and/or from other sellers, then those are different inquiries entirely.

See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204088 to make sure the charge(s) are from Apple. And, see If you see apple.com/bill, itunes.com/bill, or an unfamiliar charge on your statement https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201382
