Not letting me on my apps

It’s not letting use most of the apps I have download on my phone, it’s telling me that I need to communicate with iTunes.

your question is not very clear.. what exactly is it saying? Is your account disabled?

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
