MacBook Pro early 2015 extended desktop mode

Hi everyone,

I have a MacBook Pro early 2015, can I use the extended desktop mode with this computer. I want to buy a monitor and have different displays on my Mac and monitor. Is this possible?

Thanks.

Absolutely it is possible. You can use the MiniDisplay Port or the Thunderbolt port of your 2015 MacBook Pro to connect the external display. Ensure that you have your MacBook Pro updated to macOS Catalina if you can.
