arrange photos in People library
I dislike the way Apple arranges the photos in the People library. Can they be rearranged so they are all uniform like in the Photos library?

Are you referring to the first window in the Peoples view or the window for a given person?
Unfortunately neither can be changed. Tell Apple what missing features you'd like restored or new features added in Photos via Feedback - Photos - Apple
