iPhone is disabled connect to itunes without format

My iPhone is disabled and it asked to connect to itunes and I know my passcodeas, if I connect it to itunes is it necessary to do format or is there anyway to keep my data save without erasing? icould can backup just 5GB but I have 100GB.

The process will erase your data. If you don't have a backup, you won't be able to recover the data. You should be able to recover any data synced to iCloud.

See If you see a message 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208856. This link says: "There might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file. When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Insteadcontact Apple Support for help.”

 

Try using the Apple recommended support link above first. But, this site is down/not fully functional very often. Use the support options I give below if necessary.
