Had to back up iphone to Macbook and restore, resulted in all files disappearing off Macbook

I lost Mobile Data on my phone and since all else failed I backed it up to my MacBook Air and restored it. The iPhone is fine. However, all my files on my MacBook have disappeared or rather they are in a folder called: Users/JoannaF./Library/Mobile Documents/com-apple-CloudDocs/Documents/Entertainment. I can't find them in Finder. I just found out the address by searching for a document and looking at the Properties. How can I get them back?
