You cannot enter in more than one credit card at a time.
One way to circumvent this is by buying prepaid iTunes gift cards and loading them onto your account.
i.e. if you want to make a $10 purchase and you have credit card A and credit card B
Buy one $5 gift card with credit card A and buy one $5 gift card with credit card B
Redeem both cards to your iTunes account and make your purchase
