Unwanted subscription

I have just cancelled a subscription that I did not ask for. I contacted the provider but they said it was an apple issue - it was for 'The Tapping Solution' is there any chance I can have a refund.

Many thanks,

Lynne

For future reference please make it a practice to read the full descriptions on “Free Apps” .

From there you can find out if they’re set up to Auto Renew, in which case this one was (see screenshot). Then you should go into your subscriptions and turn off auto renewals by unchecking and cancelling them so they cannot begin charging you.

  • Always cancel them at least 24 hrs before the free trials or subscriptions are set to expire.

  • So right now your first task is to go into your subscriptions and manage this to stop it or it will charge you again, next month. You might want to take a look at any others in there while you’re at it!

Just some friendly advice.

We don’t work for Apple and cannot issue refunds
