Macbook pro fan turned on so lound

My Macbook pro 13 inch heat fan has run so loud after few minutes using, I tried to clean my Mac, deleted some files, and check the Activity monitor but still, What should I do?

Apps can affect Mac performance, battery runtime, temperature, and fan activity - Apple Support

Consider the possibility of a third party software conflict. EtreCheck can be used to investigate what is installed. Give it Full Disk Access. You can post the report here. Someone might spot something.
